How to relieve stress

If you take some time out every day to:

  • Connect to the earth
  • Listen to everything Shady is worried, sad or angry about
  • Fill yourself up with Sparky’s love and listen to Sparky’s advice…

You will relieve your daily stress!

Here is one way I do all that in 10 minutes! It is called a ‘Daily Meditation’ and it’s suitable for kids and adults alike!

You need about 10 minutes and somewhere comfy to sit. If you like writing down Shady’s concerns and Sparky’s advice – grab a notebook and pencil too!

PS I do this meditation once a day – usually on the headland, when I am walking the dog, but it works wherever you are!
