As you may know, I am currently a Psychology Honours student completing a research thesis. I am under the supervision of Dr Eric Brymer and we would like to invite you to participate in my Honours research project examining the relationship between wellbeing, connectedness to nature and spirituality. This research has been approved by Southern Cross University’s Human Research Ethics Committee.

Wellbeing involves positive feelings and having the capacity to meet one’s full potential. There is evidence that being connected to nature and spirituality enhances wellbeing. We hope to better understand the mechanism through which this occurs to assist us in developing preventative wellbeing programs.

If you are over 18 and have 10 – 15 minutes to contribute anonymously to this research, please click this survey link to provide your valuable perspective.

Thank you for your unique contribution. If you know of friends, family or others who may be interested in participating please forward them this invitation.
