2. What personal information we collect
We may collect the following personal information:
– Identifiers: full name, billing address, email address, phone number
– Transaction data: order history, payment method (processed by our payment gateway)
– Technical & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, cookies, analytics logs
– Third-party data: e.g. if you sign up via social login, Facebook, or Google, we may receive name/email from those providers

We collect personal information to:
– Process and fulfill your orders
– Communicate with you (order updates, customer support)
– Send promotional offers or newsletters (with your consent)

You provide much of the information directly (e.g. during checkout, form submissions). Some are collected automatically (e.g. via cookies, logs).
If you choose not to provide required information, we may not be able to process your orders or provide certain services. For example the check box on the checkout page must be ticked for us to send you a welcome email and link to participate in the survey.
4. Disclosure / sharing of data
We may share personal information with:
– Payment processors (e.g. we currently use eWAY)
– Email marketing / CRM tools (e.g. we currently use Mailchimp, and Jotforms)
– Hosting / cloud storage providers
– Analytics / tracking providers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)

If data is transferred overseas (e.g. servers or services in the US, Europe, etc.), we ensure it is protected by contractual safeguards, standard data protection clauses, or other relevant mechanisms in compliance with the APPs.
5. Retention of data
We keep your data only as long as necessary:
– Order data: stored for 7–10 years (for accounting, tax, legal compliance)
– Email list / marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
– Analytics / logs: typically 1–2 years unless required otherwise
– Contact form submissions: 6 months
After the retention period, we will securely delete or de-identify the data.
6. Security of your data
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information:
– Use encryption (HTTPS / SSL)
– Restrict access to staff and third parties only when required
– Regular backups
– Use strong passwords and access controls
– Staff training on data protection
However no system is 100% secure, so while we strive for strong protection, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If there is a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme. That means we will:

– Notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
